DMS offers a unique approach to practice consulting services. After 16 years of not only consulting but also owning and operating practices of our own, we realize that big, cookie-cutter approaches don't provide the real-world solutions that most dentists need. As a result, DMS offers one-to-one relational and customized service based on the individual needs and goals of its client doctors. It also provides this service at a fraction of the cost of most consulting firms.
All clients work directly with Mr. Meece and Dr. Jennings. Typically, a consulting session will consist of a site visit and meeting with David, followed by a period of data and information transfers for analysis, and then a series of in-office visits, staff presentations, goal-setting, and written business plans over the course of 3 to 4 months. Beyond the initial engagement, all clients retain the ability to call and have follow-up electronic communications with DMS for a period of one year to ensure that the plans we develop are reaching full implementation.
As an additional benefit, consulting clients also have the ability to maintain a relationship with DMS for purposes of receiving group pricing and fees on a number of practice essentials, such as: dental supplies, lab fees, electronic insurance filing, websites, payroll services, and much more. We are able to offer our clients the benefit of group practice pricing by virtue of our consulting relationship, and many times this benefit alone saves practices more annually than the fee paid for our consulting services.
We offer consulting packages that offer a broad array of our services, but all our consulting options can also be done on an a la carte basis. That is part of our unique approach as well our ability to offer flexible, one-to-one services.
